Pick-up from your hotel in Diani Beach. Drive towards Shimoni, a small village located near the Tanzanian border, about 1.5 hours away from Diani.
AM: Arrive at Shimoni and board the traditional Arabic dhow. After a brief introduction and safety briefing, set sail towards Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park. Arrive at Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park, one of the best snorkeling spots in Kenya. The park is home to a vibrant coral reef teeming with marine life such as dolphins, sea turtles, and an array of colorful fish.  Enjoy snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean. If you’re lucky, you might spot dolphins swimming alongside the dhow.
Continue sailing towards Wasini Island while enjoying refreshments on board. The dhow crew often sings traditional Swahili songs, adding to the cultural experience.
 Arrive at Wasini Island. Disembark and take a guided tour of the island, where you’ll visit the famous coral gardens and the ancient Swahili village. Learn about the local culture, history, and way of life.
Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at a local restaurant on the island. The meal typically includes freshly caught fish, crab, prawns, and vegetarian options, accompanied by Swahili dishes such as coconut rice and chapati.
After lunch, you can relax and take in the views or explore more of the island. Some tours may offer an optional visit to the Shimoni Caves, which have historical significance dating back to the slave trade era.
Board the dhow for the return journey to Shimoni.
 Arrive back at Shimoni and disembark. Transfer back to your hotel in Diani Beach.
